Shipping policy

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are personally dropped off by our team to ensure careful handling.

Shipping Rates (Domestic):

  • Orders under $150: Flat rate shipping fee applies.
  • Orders $150 and over: Free economy shipping.

Priority Shipping: Priority shipping is available upon request at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Confirmation: You will receive confirmation emails after your order is placed, when your package has been dropped off at the shipping facility, and once it has arrived.

Shipping Windows: Non-customized orders: Ships within 1-3 business days. Customized orders: Ships within 14 business days.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for any address changes after your order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS has marked them as delivered. For assistance, please contact your local USPS office directly.

Damaged Packages: In the event your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support at info@rabiesdog.com within 3 days of receipt. Compensation or replacement will be determined upon review.
